Catalogue
Knives, forks, spoons and dessert spoons. Medium and heavy-weight PS cutlery in transparent, black and custom colours, with wrapped, cutlery-kit or bulk packing for takeaway and food-service programmes.
Overview
The range covers six lengths from 115 mm to 178 mm in PS: knives, forks, spoons, a dessert spoon, a tea spoon and a spork, each available in transparent, black or white. Standard cutlery moulds pack 1,000 pieces per carton as 100 × 10 in a 29 × 17 × 19 cm box, so pallet and container maths stay simple.
The heavy-weight line comes off a newer mould tool with a thicker handle and a more generous bowl. It is the version buyers move to when the cutlery is part of the brand rather than an afterthought. Wrapped, cutlery-kit and bulk packing all come from the same moulds.
The range
Lengths, carton counts and colourways are listed below. A spork is included for menus that serve from a single cup and want one utensil rather than two — it cuts the SKU count on the pack line as well as the cost.

Specifications
Cutlery cartons are small and dense, which makes them useful for filling out a mixed container. Lengths are measured along the handle and given in millimetres; where the catalogue prints no carton figure for a mould, the carton is confirmed with the quotation.

Applications
Length and weight are chosen together: a 115 mm spoon suits a dessert pot, a 170 mm fork suits a takeaway main. These four channels cover most of the volume we ship in this family.
Fork, knife, spoon and napkin assembled into one wrapped kit to your specification.
Bulk cartons for canteens, casual dining and buffet lines where cutlery is restocked from a bin.
Compact lengths in transparent PS for tray service, where weight and pack height are both counted.
Heavy-weight moulds for brands that put their own print and colour on the cutlery.
Ordering notes
Cutlery is specified by length, weight and colour. Tell us the utensil and the length, and whether the pieces ship wrapped or loose — the packing choice changes the carton count, not the mould.
Send us your sizes, materials and target volume. We reply with a full quotation, packing plan and lead time within one business day.
